Biosun Pharmed Co. is proud of its innovation in these fields:

• Over the past two decades, the Ministry of Health and Medical Education sought to replace the DPT vaccine with DTP-HepB-Hib vaccine (Pentavalent) in a program to combat preventable diseases. DTP-HepB-Hib vaccine protects the child against five threatening diseases: diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, hepatitis B and haemophilus influenzae type B. Haemophilus influenzae type B vaccine is the new and fifth component of the general vaccination program. The benefits of the DTP-HepB-Hib vaccine (Pentavalent) over the DPT vaccine, include: reduced injection times, reduced pain and discomfort for infants, reduced injection complications, easy planning, cost-efficiency, increased immune coverage and reduced syringe consumption. Biosun Pharmed Co. is the first and only manufacturer of DTP-HepB-Hib vaccine (Pentavalent) in Iran, whose products have been introduced to the national vaccination program since 2014.
• Production and registration of the primary pharmaceutical substance for Eptifibatide in the name of Biosun Pharmed Co. for the first time in Iran;
• Obtaining a certificate of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for the production of pharmaceutical raw materials.
